Return Policy – Brave Charcoal
At Brave Charcoal, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear return policy that complies with Dutch consumer law.

Cooling-Off Period & Returns:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Please note: if the seal of such a product has been broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

How to Return a Product

1. Notify Us: Notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving the product via info@bravecharcoal.com.
2. Send It Back: After notification, you have 14 days to return the product to:
   Ecustraat 23 4879 NP Etten-Leur
3. Packaging: Please return the product with all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, the full amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Conditions

• The product is complete, undamaged, and in its original state.
• The product includes all original tags, labels, and/or packaging.
• The product has not been used.
• The product is returned in the original, undamaged packaging if possible.
